Summary: Every new business gets a 30-day free trial on Basic, Standard and Premium plans — no payment required, full features, no credit card. The trial IS the evaluation window. Once you choose to pay and convert, subscriptions are non-refundable for the year. Custom plans are admin-priced and term-committed; they do not include a trial.

1. The 30-Day Free Trial — Try Before You Buy

Every new business that signs up on Basic, Standard or Premium gets 30 days of full plan access at no cost. During the trial:

2. Why We Don't Offer Post-Payment Cancellation or Refund

Because every new customer gets a real working product for 30 days before paying, the trial functions as a complete buyer's-remorse window. By the time you decide to pay, you have already used the platform with your own products, customers and invoices. Once payment is confirmed, the subscription is locked in for the full 12-month period and is non-refundable regardless of cause, including:

3. Custom Plans Do Not Include a Trial

Custom plans are admin-priced and term-committed. The price, scope, and term are agreed in writing between you and our sales team before any payment is requested. Because Custom plans involve negotiated terms, they do not include the 30-day free trial, and they are not refundable after payment. Cancellation of a Custom plan, if any, is governed by the written commercial agreement signed at the time of purchase.

4. Goodwill Refunds (Billing Errors Only)

While the standard policy is non-refundable, our internal billing team may issue a goodwill refund in narrowly defined situations:

These are exception cases handled directly by our billing team. They are not a customer-facing entitlement. To raise a billing issue, write to [email protected] from your registered email with the invoice number and a clear description of the issue. Our team will respond within 2 business days.

5. Stopping Your Subscription

At no stage does the platform delete your business data without an explicit written request from you under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

6. GST Treatment of Approved Goodwill Refunds

When a goodwill refund is approved, we issue a credit note against the original tax invoice, reversing the GST collected. The credit note is reported in our GSTR-1 in the month the refund is processed, in accordance with Section 34 of the CGST Act, 2017. You will receive a copy of the credit note along with the refund confirmation email. Refunds are processed to the same payment instrument used for the original payment; we do not issue refunds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

7. Abuse Prevention

The 30-day free trial is intended for genuine new businesses evaluating the product. To prevent abuse, we deduplicate trial signups by GSTIN, the PAN derived from the GSTIN, and registered phone number. Repeated signups by the same business identity (same GSTIN, same PAN, or same phone) will not receive a fresh trial. If our system detects a prior account, the new signup will be invited to pay upfront instead of receiving another free trial.
