Step 1
Add your business details
Open Business Profile and fill in your name, address, GSTIN and contact once; they print on every invoice.
- Let AI write your business description
- Upload your logo and signature: they brand every bill
- A green tick confirms each field is saved

Step 2
Add your bank account and UPI
Open Money Accounts and press Add money account, so customers pay straight into your bank.
- Bank, cash drawer or petty cash: pick the type
- Account number, IFSC and UPI ID
- Switch on the UPI QR so it appears on every invoice

Step 3
Link WhatsApp in one scan
Open Settings, WhatsApp, and scan the QR code with your phone, just like WhatsApp Web.
- Bills and reminders go from your own number
- Customers see the number they already know
- On Premium and Custom you can move to Official WhatsApp later

Step 4
Bring your customers and items
Import them from Excel or CSV with a preview before anything is saved, or add them one by one.

Add your staff
Add each person and choose exactly which screens they can use.
- Profit, supplier cost and bank accounts can stay owner-only
- Branch staff see only their own branch

Bill a customer, take cash, UPI or credit, and send the bill to their WhatsApp in one tap. Stock, books and GST update on their own.
