Steps
- Open Catalogue on WhatsApp in Digital Marketing, under Publish & send.
- Tick the items in the order you want them numbered (up to 30). A ticked item shows Price on this list: change it to sell at another price.
- Give the list a name and press Make the WhatsApp message.
- Copy it into chats, groups or your Status, or Open in WhatsApp. Share it from the number connected to Saathi360.
- When customers reply ORDER 2x3, 5, you get an alert. Open WhatsApp orders and press Make order in Sales: an online order at the list's prices, to pay on delivery.
Good to know
Orders by reply work with the free QR link or Official WhatsApp, connected in Settings → WhatsApp. Change prices under the message changes a list later; share the new message.
To reach many customers, send the list to a broadcast list in your WhatsApp Business app, or post it on your Status. Saathi360 does not send one message to many from the free QR link.
Items show here only when they are on sale in your online shop.
Tick send them the order summary to reply to each order automatically with the items and total. Replies are read against your newest list from the last 30 days. Your lists shows every list you made: Delete the ones you no longer need; orders they brought stay.
