Customer notifications

Choose messages from Saathi360

Get Saathi360's setup tips and reminders by email, on WhatsApp, or not at all.

Steps

  1. Open Notifications in the side menu, click Notification settings and scroll to Messages from Saathi360 to you.
  2. Email is on: a next setup step while you are getting started, and a reminder if Saathi360 has not been opened for a while.
  3. Turn on WhatsApp to get them on WhatsApp too, from Saathi360's number. Reply STOP there any time to stop them.

Good to know

Messages about your plan and payments (trial ending, renewal, payment received) always come; they are not switched here.
Every tip email has an Unsubscribe link at the bottom; it does the same as turning Email off here.
