Steps
- Open Lead sources in the Leads menu.
- IndiaMART: paste your CRM key from the seller panel (Lead Manager → Import / Export leads), tick On, Save.
- JustDial: copy your link and ask your JustDial account manager to send leads to it (their Lead API). Tick On, Save.
- Google Ads: in your lead form choose Webhook integration, paste the link and key, press Send test data.
- Other tools such as your website, Zapier or Pabbly can send name, phone, email and message to their link.
Good to know
IndiaMART is checked every 15 minutes; Check now fetches at once. Each enquiry comes with what they asked for and their city.
Keep your links private. If one was shared by mistake, press Make a new link: the old one stops at once.
Switch on a New enquiry automation so every lead from these gets a WhatsApp within a minute.
