How leads reach you

Get leads from WhatsApp

Link your business WhatsApp number and every new person who messages you becomes a lead.

Steps

  1. Open Settings, then WhatsApp, tick the agreement box and click Link WhatsApp.
  2. On your phone open WhatsApp, go to Linked devices, tap Link a device and scan the QR code. It then shows Connected.
  3. From now on each new person who messages your number appears in Leads as WhatsApp message, with their first message saved.
  4. Reply from the lead's page under Conversation, or from WhatsApp on your phone.

Good to know

Group chats are not leads, and anyone who sends STOP is not messaged again.
Automations send WhatsApp messages only while your number is linked. When it is not, they leave your team a task instead.
