Steps
- Open WhatsApp journeys in Digital Marketing, under Publish & send.
- Pick a card: Cart reminder, Come back reminder, Review request, Birthday wish or Anniversary wish.
- Read what Ravi would get. Change the Message if you like, or leave it empty for the ready-made text.
- Set the wait time. For Review request, paste your Google review link.
- Tick On and click Save. Each card shows how many went and how many bought within 7 days.
Good to know
Start with Review request: it also reaches walk-in bills that have the customer's number. One request per person in 60 days.
Each customer gets a journey once for the same cart, bill or birthday, at most 40 a day per journey. Switching one on never reaches old history. Customers who sent STOP get nothing.
On Official WhatsApp, Meta allows these only to customers who messaged you in the last 24 hours. On the free QR link they always go.
