Steps
- Open Automations in the Leads menu.
- Under Start from a ready-made one, pick a card such as New enquiry — reply and follow up or Webinar or event — confirm and remind, and click Use this.
- It is added switched off. Open it: the canvas shows every step. Click a step to read or change it, then Save step.
- Click Test run to receive the messages yourself first.
- Click Edit, tick Active and Save. From then on it runs for every lead that matches.
Good to know
A message can use {name} for the lead's name and {biz} for your business name.
A WhatsApp or email step that cannot send leaves your team a task instead, so check your tasks if WhatsApp is not linked.
A lead joins each automation only once. Moving it back to the same stage does not start it again.
