See what an automation did

Run history lists every step it ran, skipped or decided, for each lead.

Steps

  1. Open the automation and scroll to Run history.
  2. The counts show how many leads are in progress, finished or stopped.
  3. Each line shows when, which lead, which step, and what happened, for example 'WhatsApp sent' or 'WhatsApp not connected — left a task'.
  4. On the canvas, each box shows how many leads are waiting there right now.

Good to know

The last 40 events are shown, and history is kept for 90 days.
Tap a lead's name in the history to open that lead.
