Steps
- Add a step and choose Send a payment link (UPI).
- Under Amount pick The lead's value or A fixed amount, and write What it's for (shown in their UPI app).
- Leave the message empty for a ready-made one, or write your own with {pay_link}, {amount} and {note}.
- The lead's page shows your UPI QR, a Pay with any UPI app button and your UPI ID. The amount cannot be changed, and the link works for 30 days.
Good to know
The UPI ID comes from your invoice bank account in MoneyHub. Without one, the step leaves your team a task instead.
When they tap I've paid, you are alerted to check your bank and confirm it on the lead. Once confirmed, the link shows 'Paid'.
