Steps
- Open Settings and go to WhatsApp. You will see two options.
- Option 1 · Free QR link: links your WhatsApp the way WhatsApp Web does. No charge and ready in a minute, but it is an unofficial channel.
- Option 2 · Official WhatsApp (Meta): your number is connected through Meta with your business name. Messages use Meta-approved templates and Meta charges a small fee per message.
- Pick one. If both are connected, Saathi360 sends through the Official one.
- Use one connection at a time. Once Official WhatsApp is connected, the free QR link switches off and is unlinked. To go back to the QR link, Disconnect Official WhatsApp first.
Good to know
A small shop just starting? Begin with the free QR link. Sending many messages every day, or want your business name shown? Choose Official WhatsApp.
With the free QR link, WhatsApp can block a number that sends too many messages or messages people who did not expect them. Only message your own customers about their orders and payments.

After you click Disconnect on Official WhatsApp, messages that customers send to that number no longer come into Saathi360, until you connect it again.
