Read your shop dashboard

Business Command Center: today's sales, this month's purchases and expenses, what you are owed and what you owe.

Steps

  1. This page is where a business login lands. From anywhere, click Dashboard at the top of the side menu.
  2. The top strip has Today's Sales, Month Sales, Month Purchase, Month Expenses, Net Position, Receivables, Payables and Collection. Clicking a tile opens its report.
  3. Performance Analytics holds the 12-Month Business Trend, the Weekly Sales Pulse and This Month Breakdown.
  4. Operations Overview holds Sales & Orders, Purchases & Payables, the Aging Analysis of unpaid bills and the Month P&L Snapshot.
  5. Deep Insights adds Payment Methods, Overdue Customers, Overdue Suppliers, Top Categories and Open Orders (Action Required).
  6. Click Refresh for fresh numbers. The owner can click Edit Dashboard, drag sections or remove a widget, then Save Layout.

Good to know

Sales here include GST. Profit & Loss under Accounts is without GST, so the two figures will not match.
Net Position is this month's sales minus purchases minus expenses. It is a cash-flow view, not your profit — read Month P&L Snapshot or Profit & Loss for that.
Staff see only the sections their role allows, and a tile they may not open does not link anywhere.

An opening balance you entered while adding a buyer is a carry-forward due, not a sale, so it counts in Receivables but never in Today's Sales or Month Sales.
